Privacy
Your information, handled with care.
No jargon, no surprises. Here's exactly what I collect, why, and what you can do about it.

AdaptAbility Co is a small, family-run business. I treat your information the way I'd want mine treated. This page explains it in plain language.
What I collect
Only what you choose to share, which is usually:
- Your name and email, and your phone number if you give it, when you use a form on this site.
- What you tell me about your person and your situation, so my reply can actually be useful.
- Your email address if you join the list for the free starter program and occasional updates.
- If you buy a program, your purchase is handled by a payment processor (see below). I don't see or store your full card details.
How I use it
- To reply to you and help with what you reached out about.
- To send the free starter and the occasional update, only if you asked for them. You can leave the list any time.
- To deliver and support anything you purchase.
I don't sell your information, and I don't share it except with the service providers below that make the site work.
The services that help run this site
- Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions.
- Gumroad (or a similar checkout) processes program purchases and delivers the files. Their privacy terms cover payment data.
- Email and newsletter tools store the list of people who opted in.
- Google Fonts loads the site's typefaces.
Children's privacy
Much of this work is for and about young people, but this website is meant for the parents, caregivers, and adults who reach out on their behalf. I don't knowingly collect information directly from children through this site. If you believe a child has sent information here, email me and I'll remove it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the list any time using the link in any email, or just ask me.
- Ask me what I have on file, or ask me to delete it. I'll take care of it.
Reaching me about privacy
Email adaptabilityco@outlook.com with anything at all about your information, and I'll handle it personally.
