Programs

A program for who you are, and where you want to go.

Work with me in person, or follow a program built for your community and your goal. Special needs or not, kid or adult, there's a real, helpful option at every level, from a simple track you pick off the shelf to full customization.

Work with me directly

In-person coaching in Troy.

Life skills sessions

For when your person needs a mentor more than a trainer. The real-life skills that build independence, wrapped in good conversation, social connection, and enough movement to burn off the extra energy. They leave more capable and already looking forward to the next one.

Training sessions

The strength and movement work, built around your person. Adaptive, full-range exercise that meets their body where it is, hidden inside games and goals they care about so it never feels like a chore. Stronger, steadier, and proud of what they did.

Group class

A weekly community class for twenty to thirty people. Movement, games, and breathwork run together, so your person works, plays, makes friends who get it, and finds out they belong to something bigger.

Stretching and mobility

Gentle, hands-on stretching and mobility to keep the body loose, comfortable, and moving well. Assisted stretching for anyone who carries tension or needs to stay limber. Calm, unhurried, and there just to feel good.

Keeping the work affordable for the people who need it is a hard rule, not a marketing line. I talk pricing through directly, and the Client Support Fund exists so cost never decides who gets to train.

How it's organized

Pick the depth that fits, and go deeper whenever you want.

The same methodology runs through every level. What changes is how much it's customized to one person, and the cost scales with that depth. A family can start simple and move up whenever they're ready.

Programs are organized three ways, by community, by goal, and by age range, from young children to older adults, and most can be followed at home as a take-home plan. A membership that bundles them is on the way.

1. Goal-Based Tracks

The simplest, lowest-cost front door. Pick a goal, get a clear plan, run it at home.

2. Community Programs

Built around a specific diagnosis and its realities, read for the person in front of me. More depth and adaptation.

3. The App

Full customization. Workouts, daily-living skills, and guidance built around the individual. The deepest version.

The library, by community

A program built around your reality, not a generic one.

Each community has an overview that helps choose the right fit, then specific programs for different needs and support levels. Capability-forward, safety-first, and written to be followed.

Sport & competition training

The part that happens before the games.

Plenty of the people I work with already compete. What almost nobody trains is the preparation, the athletic work that improves how they move, lowers injury risk, and gives them a real edge. There's nowhere in the area doing that for this community in a structured way. That's the gap this closes.

From powerlifting and track to swimming, bowling, basketball, and more, plus combined sessions where adaptive and competitive athletes train side by side.

Signature programs

The bigger builds, beyond a workout.

Some of these are getting started. The rest are what we're honestly growing toward, as the team, the funding, and a space come together. Right now it's mostly me, so the bigger group programs need more hands and more capital behind them before they can be what they should be.

Getting started

The Gentleman's Program

Honesty, respect, responsibility, awareness, and integrity. Half hands-on practical skills, half mental and emotional growth. Originally for boys and men, now built to make better humans, period.

Near future

Caregiver respite: an hour that's yours

A short, low-barrier session for the caregivers and mothers who hold everything together. A little real strength, breathwork, and a deliberate hour where the load gets put down instead of added to. One of the first new things I want to add.

Building toward

The Buddy Program

Bringing neurotypical adolescents into real contact with the special needs community through schools, clubs, scouts, and game nights. Inclusion that runs both ways, with nobody as the charity case.

Building toward

The Women's Program

The sibling to the Gentleman's Program. Real strength and real knowledge, built for what women's bodies and lives actually ask for. It's designed to be led by a woman, so it waits for the right lead while the knowledge already serves women through the group class and caregiver work.

Long-term vision

The Day Program

The greenhouse-and-gym vision where every person leaves stronger across the physical, practical, social, and emotional at once. In development through the Foundation. See the vision →

The honest version: these need more time, more hands, and the funding or a facility to do them right. Until then, the one-on-one and group training is what's fully running, and it's what makes the rest possible.

That's what the first conversation is for. No pressure, no quiz, just the right starting point for where you are.
