The Life Skills Library
Life skills taught across five dimensions, not steps alone.
Training is half of what we do. This is the other half: the daily living independence is actually made of, getting dressed, the kitchen, money, keeping a space, getting around, body safety, water safety and swimming, and stillness. Every program teaches the whole skill, the body that makes it possible, the steps, the people around it, the hard moments inside it, and the person deciding. That last part is the one most programs skip, and it's the difference between doing tasks and running your own life.

Pick from dressing, kitchen, money, keeping a space, getting around, body safety, water safety and swimming, and stillness.

And if safety is the worry that keeps you up, the Safety Three bundle ($39) puts the three safety-first programs, getting around, body safety, and water, in one purchase.
